Love for my sister

A few years ago I realized that I was extremely attracted to my sister. I have tried to get over it but I simply cannot no matter what I try. I fanasize about her constantly. I have absolutely no idea how to approach her about this. Do I tell her how I feel or do i just keep living like this? I am stuck people, help me out.
