
Lousy Gateway Computer Customer Support

I've been trying to get my Gateway laptop (Model #M675XL) computer serviced under Gateway's in house extra cost warranty. The computer overheats and automatically shuts down. They have replaced every part in the frame and the computer still cannot be used. Each time the technician come out to fix the computer, it still doesn't work and they order another part. This has been going on for four months. The system is a $3000 computer. It has been sent back to Gateway for 2 weeks and returned with the wrong operating system installed after the hard drive was replaced. It doesn't make any difference, the computer hardware still doesn't work. I've written emails to Brian Westra of Gateway and he doesn't even have the courtesy to write back. STAY AWAY FROM GATEWAY PRODUCTS. Julie C.
