Lourdes hospital in Binghamton,ny made me wait for outpatient surgery for nearly 3 hours because the receptionist in the waiting room forgot i was there...i had to wait until the doctor finished procedures on everyone scheduled after me and i was his last patient because the staff was told i was a no-show...i had been fasting since 11 o'clock the night before and did not have my procedure done until 3'oclock the next day when i was actually scheduled for 1 o'clock..having a blood sugar problem made what should have been an uncomfortable day into a horrible day...Warning to all -stay away from lourdes hospital for outpatient surgery until they fire the incompetent receptionist!!!!
