Lost my cool

Tonight I lost my cool. My wife and I are not seeing eye to eye at the moment and I lost my temper. I picked up the coffee table and slammed it to the ground, breaking one leg. It has been a long time since I lost my cool like that. I hope it will be a long time before it happends again. I want to be a good father and husband. I end up just being human.
