lost money

i was to take a trip, to myrtle beach s.c., and stay at the ocean lakes campground, well we wasnt able to make the trip , so i called and canceled the reservations, well, i payed by money order, and faxed them all the info they needed, and it has now been 5 mounths, and they still havent returned any of my money, despite how many times i have called, i keep getting we are sending your refund, but when i check mail 'for the last 5 mounths,' there has not been any check, and now they just keep giving me the run around, this is not fair, they deducted 50 dollars, for the cancelation, as agreed, but where is my other 700.00 dolars, i feel like this isnt the first time this has happned, so what can you guys do to help,
