Lost job due to lack of Personality

This is the complaint letter that I had to write after leaving my job for this one and then was fired after two days of working there they told me that my personality did not fit the job!!!!! I wanted to write you a letter informing you of the horrible employment experience that I had with Starr Services. On Sept 11th I interviewed with your company. I did the testing and then was interviewed by 4 different employees Belinda, Michelle, Kristen and had a phone interview with Courtney. That same evening I was offered a job, but on one condition that I would have to give a week's notice (and to any former employer this look's unprofessional). I wanted to really give a 2 weeks notice, but against my better judgement I decided to go ahead and accept the position with Starr Services. I started on Monday Sept 18th. We started with orientation on the 18th and then proceeded with the training. I would like to mention that of all the companies that I have worked for this was the worst training that I have ever had. We would read chapters and then sit in a room for hours (not knowing where are trainers were and even if they would come back). It was very unprofessional. Then on Wednesday we started out the day reading chapters and being left alone for hours upon hours and the others in my class had no idea what we were supposed to be doing. It was the strangest thing I have ever experienced in all of my careers. Later that day I was brought into the conference room by Leslie and Emily, they told me that I longer had a position there, I WAS FIRED, the reason my personality did not fit the job. Well I have 2 questions for you, Was I here for a job or a personality contest? How could Leslie tell in the few hours that she spent with me what my personality is, she has only worked for you for 1 month, I don't think that she is qualified to be making judgement calls on personality, she was not involved in the hiring process.. Why was I hired then? I did not even have a chance to do the job that I was hired for. Needless to say I was in shock and very hurt. I feel that this was a personal attack on me. Leslie did not have valid reasons for her decision to fire me. I feel this was personal not professional I was very excited to be working in the medical field, it is something that I have always wanted to do. I felt that it was a great career move. I was wrong. . And now my career has been damaged. I had a good job as a Director of Sales for a hotel chain. A sales job does take personality and motivation which I have both. I have never been fired from a job this was the first. It has been a humiliating experience. I gave up my career for Starr Services and it was the biggest mistake ,but no mistake of my own. I guess I am writing this letter so that maybe if you did not know what was going with your company you would be informed of the situation that has went on. This has been the worst experience that I have ever had. I am now without a job because of Leslie's bad judgement call I am very hurt and so is my family. I would expect a apology from someone Maybe you should look into the way others are hired. I don't want anyone to go through what I went through I hope to hear from you regarding this matter Thank you for your time Brandy Gorman Phone 317-946-4519
