lost business to rip off man

1996 I purchase business-towing company with partner,working 24/7 and end up whit nothing-homles,penniless and with nerves brake down to person whitch take money from business for his own use,and other businesess whitch hi open and nobody want to help me,even hi done criminal activity.I cant hire lawyer,dont have money and any goverment agency wont help.I am to small nobody to be help.I have good case against my partner-hi is from Lebanon I am not,hi hurt someny people,rip them off.I talk to state attorney,hi see i have case,but why help sombody whitch is nobody.Is there sombody who care?There is nothing for me.I am 60 years old,cant finde job.My partner holding my business shares,refuse give to me,refuse to pay me,what is owe to me,stop my unemployment with lies.What is there for me,just end my life.My family will be hurt,but I cant go on no more.Is there justice for me,not.I was working and hope,one day I cant sell business and retired,but will not happend.Dishonest people have green light.Dont have money,helpless.working 10 years for nothing.
