Emerald Bay Catalina Boy Scout Camp lost my Bag and refuses to pay for it. I am a non paid volinteer who had to pay the camp $460 dollor just to help our scouts. Then they lost my bag and refuse to pay the cost of the loss. DON'T GIVE ANYTHING TO THE BOY SCOUTS OF AMERICA they are out to ripe us off.
