Lombard Finance I got a STATEMENT FROM THIS COMPANY stating that a company similar in name to my own at my address owed 200K. I did not. Lombard was given this information by a printer called HAWK Limited, How they got my address i dont know. I never received an aplogy from Hawk and compensation from Lombard for acting on false information. Henry In confirmation of our telephone conversation today: I confirm that I will do all I can to accelerate from Hawk, a) an apology for their error, and b) their confirmation that they have removed your name and address from their records. I was not aware that you had requested this from Hawk until today. I have advised you that we not feel that compensation to you is appropriate. However, please advise me of the amount of compensation you are seeking, and a note of how this is calculated. Please fax to me on the number below a copy of the last letter you received from us; I have been advised that this letter is not signed, but you have told me that it is signed by Simon Waterworth.
