I recently received a letter from LocalNet demanding that I pay for service that I did not use. I paid for their service for 1 year (in advance) but when that year was up and I hadn't been using their service for the last 4 months of the year that I paid for, they 'automatically renewed' my service for me. Thanks, but no thanks, I said, they said thanks, we'll take your money! DO NOT USE LOCALNET!!! ITS ALL ABOUT MONEY NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
