Local Philly Bar - OVER CHARGED!

I recently went into a local restaurant and sat at the bar with anumber of my calssmates to celebrate the completion of our class. I orederd Oban 14 yr old from the menu - which it was listed as 9.00. When my bill came it said 17.60. I thought Iwas charged for someones drink too - no problem, I sigend the bill. But then asked the bartender who's i paid for. He told me that was jsut for mine. I aske dwhy when the menu had another price listed. He told me that was an old menu and that Oban 14 yr old costs him 70 dollars. It actually RETAILS 59.99. I did not want to make a scene - but I was pissed becasue he not only was rude and dismissve, he refused to credit my money. I have compalined to the BBB, the local councilman and th elocal paper.
