Local Attorney's wife working in the Sheriffs Offi

Local defense attorney has his wife employed at the sheriffs office in the office manager position. This is a huge conflict of interest. The wife has been caught sneaking offical reports out of the sheriffs office to give to her attorney husband. What can be done about this? Any ideas?
