live in boyfriend

This is my complaint. My boyfriend wants me to sign over half of my house to him. I own the house that I share with my boyfriend of seventeen years as it was part of my divorce settlement. He now wants to own half. I suggested that we sell it and buy a house jointly. I would be happy to put a fair amount into a new hourse but want to put some money aside for my children. He won't agree. I've always payed a greater share of the bills as he refuses to pay more. He never wants to go out, we have never been on holiday and haven't had sex for three years. I want a boyfriend who is companionable and loves my kids, but I have never had that. He does have some good points such as cooking and doing things around the house.
