Lisa Townsend (or Lisa Townscend) of Debt Free Solutions or DFS Quiktax in Williamsport has had my tax information since February of 2006. Finally, she called me in on July (after hundreds of several phone calls and voicemails to her) and told me I was priority.. though she needed cash to complete my taxes. I reluctantly paid her 550.00 in cash and then kept calling and calling and stopping by her office, plastering notes on her door, calling her landlord. Finally, her voicemail filled up, she moved out of the office and left no forwarding address. I will be filing charges against her in criminal court.
