Liar!Liar!Unprofessional Pharmacist!!!

I sent my grandson into the pharmacy with my prescription. My prescription was for four(4)capsules. Pharmacist gave me a liquid substitution without verifying with me the exchange, which turns out to be a foul-smelling, ill-tasting liquid. Immediate complaint filed with the pharmacist, but refused to return my money. Doctor called for intervention on my behalf. Pharmist told doctor's nurse that he advised me of the need to switch. Totally untrue!!! Pharmacist called several times and changed stories with my original complaint. Liar!!!Liar!! Still no return of my money. I do understand the regulations of no return of prescriptions;however, the entire episode was handled inappropriately. I feel the behavior of the pharmacist was totally unfair, unprofessional, and on the verge of believing that this could be somewhat discriminatory. I am a black 89-year old female.
