if you are planning to rent out a property through a letting agentjust check how much they take they ll claim to take 8 - 12 % , but then all the different fees come to surface like insurance , renewal fees , check out fees , the tenant has to pay fees for this then fees for that i won t bore you with them all , but according to the biggest letting agent after 5 years the average agent will earn well over £100,000 and does ! so who is being ripped off , you work it out, but if you feel you need an agent check every thing and don t be affraid to scew them down , they make shed loads of money.
