Cingular cell phone service in Manhattan Beach 90266. For many years (7-to be exact) I have lived with a service I can't even use from my home much less always dropping calls almost anywhere I go. Complained many times and for years and always told a new tower would be installed soon to solve this problem. Lies, lies, lies.... Anyone else having this problem?
