Lazy Boy Hidden Charges

Picked out chair and agreed to pay price which was clearly marked on sticker. I wanted to pick up chair my self. Only then was I told that I would have to pay additional shipping of the chair to the retail location. This is a hidden cost that is the policy of the company. I did not see it stated anywhere on the item or in the store. I left with out the chair and do not do business with companies that suck you in and then tack on hidden charges. Wayne
