Bought recliner from La-Z-Boy, was not told to examine every square inch when delivered, signed for it and gave tip to delivery guys. Husband preparing for cancer surgery, lot on my mind, finally, 11 days later, noticed 4 pin prick holes in an obvious place...contacted La-Z-Boy, they refused to correct because I signed for it, it return the chair, they will deduct for the damage that I didn't even cause!!! That really gets my goat.
