An 18/month marriage with less than earnings of $40,000.00 during the marriage and no kids. The wife divorces with no fault, basically not interested, a mistake of matrimony or other reason! No violence, lack of affection etc... What should of been an easy and dignified divorce, having only to show two income tax returns for property division. According to family law in Texas, six months is the longest a complicated divorce should take and the attorneys and judges are to keep the finacial cost and emotional damage both low as posiible infront of one judge. After three and a half years of conspiring, torturous, abusive, and fraudulnt accusations mixed with unconcionable numbers of proceedings with purpose to confuse not one but nine judges and seven or so lawyers. Everything the husband worked for and accumulated before marrying this women was taken from him. The damages to the husband and his two sons he had prior to this marriage is unthikable. The lawyers and certain judges stole hundreds of thousands of dollars, including the sons college fund. They also took every dime of the husbands investments and his business and personel bank accounts which miserably shut down his business and caused a mountain of painful attacks from creditors, customers and suppliers, etc.Seized and distributed the sale of comercial property and gave outright another commercial property to her with a considerably large lease income. During the three and a half year now closer to four year fraud against him included sickening accusations of all kinds to create a protective order against him even having proved innocent without a single shread of evidence but still he was bonding out of jail over and over. The details of this divorce is much worse than I have explained. Psycologically, mentally, fincially and personally devastated him so thouraly not even the medications he is taking can help his fear and distrust of the legal system he can,t get away from. The attacks continue to crush any chance for him to sue for damages.
