Lavavo CD Burner

I bought a lavavo Cd Burner online and It was great! I would like to say there was no problem with the product, but with the service please they have none. I had alot of adware and stuff slowing down my computer and had to get everthing wiped out when I went to put the software program back on the product key didn't work so i emailed them about 4 Months later I still haven't heard from them they have no other contact info other than thier email addresses which I have emailed and nothing from.
