I'm really fed up with a large electrical retail chain who sold me a dodgy camcoder. its been back to the shop twich for repair and its absolute junk. it cost £400 and I haven't got any use out of it. I'm never shopping there again, the customer service is crap and they won't do anything about my dodgy camcorder!!!
