LAPD has the worst attitude

The venom that runs through the LAPD is running rampant. The Cops don't care and they will tell you that they are 'peace officers'. They will then remind you that since the Voters didn't vote in more police, they are basically helpless. They are the sorriest group I've ever encountered. It's no wonder that L.A. is in the shape it's in.
