Ilive in a rent controlled apt, which went co-op. I qualify for SCRIE. when this building went co-op and new owners came into being, my harassment started. I complaied to the city agency, and received some relief after much heartache, pressure & lack ofsleep. Now the landlord started up again. He took it upon himself to cut my Scrie allowance. I called Scrie,and was told to take it up with thelandlord. He also charged me for repairs which were not done. I called the landlord, was told they need to locate my fileand would call me back in 5 minutes. That was 2 days ago, and have not heard anything.
