Charter Communications, Cable Services. I have the land-line services advertised for 99 dollars. It's not 99 dollars, of course, trying to change to AT&T/SBC and they won't relequence my number, because the order is for my old address, not my new address. I don't want to lose my phone number. This has been going on for a month.
