Land of leather

2x small patches have appeared on the back of our 2 month old leather sofas, purchased from Land of Leather. They consist of bubbles within the leather and one or two tiny holes appear too. Land of leather and theyre 'independant' assesor have put this down to our cat scratching the sofas, however our cat lives upstairs and never comes into the living room!!
