Lamar Hunt organization responsible for mulitiple

Recently in Kansas City, MO yet another sneaky political land deal ocurred. Lamar Hunt's organization (presumably he doesn't already have enough money and God forbid he should do ANYTHING for this city that won't make him that much richer in the long run) has illegally purchased the 38 acres north of Vivion Road on the east side along North Oak Trafficway to build yet ANOTHER shopping center. This land deal was eagerly scounged and sucked after by the Southern Baptist Convention who own and run the Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary behind the property in question. The 38 acres was part of one of the oldest homesteads in the KC area. It was left to the Seminary NEVER TO BE SOLD by a Mrs. Foster, descendant of these original homesteaders. If the Seminary tries to sell the property they were supposed to LOSE the property. It was to be kept in all is original beauty by the school as a place for the school president to live. Well, 8 million plus for 38 acres is mighty tempting. As a friend said, mocking the church lady, 'Could it be SATAN?'. There is a shopping center 2 1/2 miles east (Antioch Shopping Center) of this property lanquishing and shutting down, to now be torn down and built as something else. There is a shopping center (Metro North) about 3 1/2 miles north of this property also lanquishing and in threat of being shut down. Zona Rosa is not far either, it's not YET lanquishing, but is so incredibly stupidly designed it probably will in the not too distant future (anyone over 23 hates the place). My point is, there is PLENTY of shopping in the Northland. The malls simply aren't being run properly (mainly because the owners want to bulldoze them and put up apartments). OH! Did I forget to mention that someone in KC government had to have been paid off big time? (Surprise, surprise.) This land was promised NEVER, NEVER to be zoned as anything other than what it is now, a parkland. Across the street from the Anita B. Gorman Park. Apparently Ms. Gorman doesn't have the clout to do a thing about it either, and she's on the Missouri Conservation Department. Amazing how money talks. I've been trying to reach her, I guess I'll have to send snail mail to her door, I can't find an email for her any where amongst the information for the Conservation Department. Okay, so now we have dastardly Mr. Hunt illegally purchasing something from the ungrateful money hungry Baptist bastards who should know better, to put up something that no one wants so they can tear it down in the not too distant future to put in more apartments on what is now truly spectacularly beautiful piece of property, post civil war mansion, ancient oaks and sycamores, spring fed stream and pond, rose gardens. Breathtakingly, heartbreakingly beautiful. But like the Indian treaties, it'll last as long as the waters flow and the green grass grows. OH! One more thing. Did I mention (speaking of Native Americans) that Mr. Hunt's organization (and I personally know for a fact he HIMSELF was well aware of this little shenanigan and took steps to ensure that no one could possibly find this area without being shot at)... tore out an ancient Native American burial ground in order to strip mine the area (also the home of one of the only pieces of virgin and OLD second growth walnut and oak forest in the KC area) which is located behind the old farm which was located at the end of Parvin Road east of Oceans of Fun and to the south of Worlds of Fun? Tune in next week for the story of how at the Walmart home office in Bentonville, Arkansas (and I was there) had huge dry erase boards floor to ceiling in height and as long as the board room, with lists of the pharmacies and small business owners they plan to put out of business. Large letters, exclamation marks, 'WE WILL DESTROY....' fill in the blanks. They actually won a court case denying they deliberately 'destroyed' or put anyone out of business. It just happened 'cause they are the chosen ones and just plain brilliant about business. Yeah, dirty business. Lamar is smaller, but just as nasty in his own special way. Dear God, give me the strength not to hate billionaires.
