Lack of people skills

Mary Dennis property manger of BellaVista Apts in Tampa,FL .. is very far from being in the proper field .. she has no sort of people skills .. too bad because it is a nice property but only trashi people are living there because of the manager and her red headed staff member who is just as unpleasant !
