This concerns what is called a manufactured home, Or more commonly refered to as a moble home. What is not told when you buy one, is the insurance will be sky high. And when you try to refinance no one will touch it. My home is on my own property it is a large double wide. It is not Going any where. I have tried numerous times to refinance. And as soon as they find out what kind of home this is. They will not even talk to you.
