having spent 3 million years (feels like it)in the finance industry, i am fed up being told by thirteen year olds (sound like it)that i must do it this way and i can't do it that way and no i can't speak to a supervisor or manager because if i could they would just tell me the same. you can email our complaints team or customer service 'breakdown' team or complaints 'escalation' team who will reply when hell freezes over. As a first time complainer - what is the point of your service and should'nt i just accept that i am a totally useless a*******
