Kitchens from Hell

I purchased a Kitchen from a company (ironically called kitchens)advertised in a national newspaper, this is the biggest mistake I have made in my life. I have 3 young children 1 of which is newborn I have no kitchen in as this was ripped out 2 days before the kitchen should of been delivered it eventually arrived 4 days late and to my fitters horror we have loads of items missing most of the kitchen is damaged doors, worktps what a kaffuffle. Now theyve told us tonight we wont get the extra bits we need till 17th Nov. The worse thing about it is we paid COD I asked them to come and fetch the kitchen and they have refused point blank and stated i havent got a leg to stand on. I am so upset about this I just want to warn you all dont buy a kitchen from KITCHENS
