kissfix is horrible

Kissfix (formerly Lipmedic) based in Michigan sells a variety of lip balms from all over the world. I placed an order three weeks ago (they charged my credit card the same day) and haven't heard a thing from them, even though I've sent three emails and left them three voicemails, asking for order status. Have they gone out of business? How come they won't return my calls/emails? Very cruddy customer service.
