Not unusual at all, and nothing wrong with it. My ex-wife didn't even swallow, but did take it in her mouth. When she came to kiss me afterward it totally surprised me, and I didn't like that at all. She never did swallow, and eventually I got used to tasting my own after a blow job. She was great at that, and would do it anytime I wanted, so that was the price I paid.
