Kirby Rip-Off

Do not buy a Kirby Vacuum! First off, the man who sold one to me didn't use his real name. I wanted to return it w/in a proper amount of time & he never came for the machine. He lied to me about many things. When he finally did come he bashed on my door & windows breaking one window $ then demanded the machine. This was done in front of young children at night. My son got so frightened of this man's screaming, he ran & got the machine & gave it to him. I tried to get my deposit back and this man refused to give it to me. I called everyone I could think of-NO-ONE would help me. I also traded in 2 machines. One, was a brand new shampooer. I got my one machine back fine. I was given a used, broken, shampooer whereas the hoses were all wrapped w/ duct tape & the machine was filled w/ dog & cat feces, animal fur & what not. It stunk of dog & cat urine & feces where as my family got sick from it. This , I feel, was diliberately done because I turned the guy in (by-the-way, not a thing was done about anything). He should have lost his job. He is verbal, name calls, threatens & insults adults as well as children. If anyone knows of anyone who wants to get a Kirby, please let them hear or read this true story. There is much more as to what he put my family through and still is but I can't go on forever. PLEASE, do not deal w/ this Co. Tell everyone you know what happened to my family. Thankyou.
