Kingston Green Apartments in Kokomo Indiana is a sorry place to live. They advertise a 'sparkling pool' to entice people to rent. The pool actually is a leaking green algae filled mess which couldn't pass inspection, so, we are out a pool. Our bathroom floor is above the neighbors storage room and if you go in and look up you see a rotted mess. We have had problems with our air conditioner all summer, they have called out the repairman several times but refuse to replace the system. Right now the air is on all the time and has to be shut off manually. They cleaned the carpets before we moved in and they looked okay, not great but okay. Within 2 weeks the stains started coming through and by 1 month they were horrible. i am ashamed to have company over to visit. The Manager's response was: you;ll just have to buy area rugs. Unfortunately, we are only 4 months into a 12 month lease so we are stuck here with all this mess and empty promises.
