Kiddicare.com is a company who ignore correspondance regarding appropriate delivery and then charge the customer £1.50 per minute to actually speak to one of it's representatives. They have no outside line on which they can contact you and they only contact you through email (in their own time) or text messages. Due to a fault on their payment page, I was unable to place an order in time for an appropriate delivery. Despite me giving them as much information as possible about the time restrictions I was under, they chose to send the delivery knowing that I wouldn't be able to recieve it in time. They have taken the money, want £20 for me to return the goods, or £25 for them to send the goods to me directly (providing I've paid their re-collection fee of £20) all for an order, delivered too late and currently sitting in an empty house.
