Hello out there; I have a complaint about the customer service, or lack thereof, at Metro Kia, Service Dept. in Medicine Hat, Alberta. At this time we are currently collecting complaints about this dealership to start a petition that will be sent to Kia Canada to remove the dealership rights from the current owner who is in control of the service section.
