It's easy for others to say bring this to others, lawsuit, whatever. they don't live with having to do it, and the shame that would come if others found out what i was doing. Can anybody say "Lawsuit"? You could make a killing off a lawsuit, or at least the threat of one to your boss ... You now hold the threat of going to HR (and sullying his reputation around the office when employees find out he likes men giving him BJs) ... Use it to your advantage, and see what benefits (pay and title) he's willing to give to prevent you from going to management .. Get proof if you can, maybe a photo or an email from him (assuming he's become complacent/confident in his "power" over you)
