They did work for us, wish we went with another bid. Even though he was the lowest, it turned into a big headache. In hindsight, I would gladly have paid the higher bid for a decent job. If your looking too hire these guys, PASS and move to another company. Would not refund any money either. Stay away from Keenan Excavating co.
