Karcher pressure washers

Do not buy a Karcher pressure washer. The hd3600 only lasted 35 hours and died. Bay Area Floor Machine, an authorized repair center took three weeks to get the parts, charged $112.00 for labor, and didn't fix the trouble. They said Karcher had a bad design on the pump. Three friends bought the 2400 psi model at Costco and all three went bad after a few hours of pressure washing. All three had bad unloader valves. Karcher said it was because of bad California water?????. I just bought a rkv4g37d pump rather than dealing with Karcher or their repair centers. Buy Karcher at your own risk!!!!
