Around the year 2000 my grandmother who has only one son, joined bank accounts, then she made him power of attorney, she died recently, and its only came to light in the past few weeks, he has not been making regular deposits but has been withdrawing thousands, he has closed 2 accounts which in my opinion was for my brother and myself, i think my father has done us out of our inheritance from my gran, the problem is he tells us there was no will made, i am sure my gran would have made a will, i just cant locate it. I am furious with my father, my gran was in hospital for 4 weeks and my father didnt let us know, by the time we heard it was too late she had passed away, he empted her house out within a week of her dying, he never even asked if we would like anything belonging to my gran, i think my dad is acting very suspicious, my gran was getting nearly £400 A WEEK, she had very little outlays, so where has all this money gone. Hope somebody out there can help
