I'm afraid that if I don't quit grad school that I'll kill myself, but that if I do quit I'll ruin my life. There doesn't seem to be any way out.

I suggest for you to talk with your guildance counsellor at school and tell them the way you feel. Killing yourself isn't a good solution. There will be times in your life that you will want to take the quickest way out. As you get older you will learn how to handle these barriers that are causing you grief. Believe me killing yourself isn't the answer, life as so much to offer but you have to learn how to handle these situations. Take care many many people love you

you should be looking.at.the real.problem , what is it in grad school that you don't like and what can you do to change it ? sometime you must come with new perspectives .
