I ordered a Chrysler PT Cruiser bicycle on the internet from JustBicycles. I received a Mens model although I had ordered a Womens model. It stated on the box and the packing slip it was a Mens bike. When I called the company about the matter NO apology was offered. Instead I was ordered to take digital pictures of the bike and send them so they could see I was not mistaken as to the model! I was finally able to negotiate with someone to just fax a copy of the packing slip after I had put the bike together in order to take pictures. They agreed to pick up the bike and I was to receive a replacement bike. I was told the replacement bike was on the way several days before the wrong bike was picked up. I have yet to receive a bike nor has my money (several hundred dollars!) been refunded. When I wrote saying I wanted reimubursement as the bicycle had not arrived, the response was 'reimbursement for what?' This appears to be a group of people who are taking orders over the internet and then shipping from an remote locale. (One of their e-mails to me even contained a snip from a battle they were fighting with their supplier!) Not one person has ever apologized for the error yet I have spent hours assembling and disassembling the bike, taking pictures, repacking the bike and waiting for the UPS truck. Each time I contacted the company I got a different individual and had to explain the whole story from the beginning. This is the most unprofessional, disreputable group I have dealt with in a long time. With the holiday season fast approaching, avoid JustBicycles at all costs -- you do not want to look like a Scrooge when the bike you order never materializes!
