NICOLE at JOLLIBEE in UNION CITY CALIFORNIA admits she did an unsatisfactory job of placing fast food items including spaghetti in a take out bag which promply spilled out all over the passanger seat of my new (2007) vehicle. CRISTY, the manager on duty, did replace the fast food, but refused restitution when I asked for just one piece of chicken. She said she didn't have the authority. She gave me a phone number of her manager to call which I called when I got home...it was temporily out of service so I called back JOLLIBEE and now IISSA, a different manager on duty says if I immediately drive back to JOLLLIBEE, she'll give me six pieces of chicken...so why didn't they just give me the one piece when I was in there? I never went back and my car will never again have that 'new car smell'.
