My mother took my Dad's £450 Jaeger suit which had only been worn once to be drycleaned at Johnsons. When she went to collect, the suit had been ruined. Johnsons refuse to accept responsibility and blamed Jaeger for their fabric. It turned out it was not Jaeger's fabric as Johnsons do this all the time as friends of mine have also had their clothes ruined at Johnsons.
