Dr. John F. Moretti, 1026 16th St., NW, Suite 102, Wash.,DC is the rudest physician I've ever encountered. In fact, me may be the most cantakerous person I've ever met. I arrived for my appointment and after curtly asking me why I was there, directed me to fill out the insurance forms so, as he put it, 'I can do what I have to do.' His overall demeanor was horrible. I actually walked out without being treated. This person should not be seeing patients, or anybody else.
