I recently 9against a friends advise, as she has been treated badly by this company) gave in to the advertising hyp and bought an American Style Fridge, within 6 months it broke down, called company who says its faulty, they will not replace it until I bring the fridge freezer down to the foyer where I live for them to collect, they delivered it to my first floor flat. Can't have a refund until they get the item back.
