I have been working either full or part time since leaving school. Itook a break for child care of about 5 years .Since then I have gone to work.I am now 53 and have just become unemployed .Because I have a few stamps missing off my National insurance cotributions for 2003/4 Icannot claim any unemployment benefit.What really annoys me is people can come to this country and have never contributed anything and they get given benefits ,perhaps not unemployment benefit but supplementry benefits .Its all wrong .
