I work as a telephone operator and have for 10 years with this company.In the past few years I have severe middle ear infections, vertigo, we have voice prompts, before we get the call for hard to pronouce companies. The lady that does these voice prompts, screams in a high shrill voice that hurts my ears. I have complained along with other operators and asked to please remove this ladys prompt. But to no avail.They have other people who does the prompts besides her that doesnt hurt our ears. I have been told she does this on purpose (screaming) to get our attention. I feel that this is one of the factors contributing to my ear problems help what can I do?
