well jk harris tax resolution company.they arent worth a tinkers dam! I hired them in the first of april 2006.I fired them on oct 26 2006 they charged me 1500.00 to file my taxes and to set up an installment agreement for the years of 03,04,and 05 first off it took them 83 days to file my taxes a 1040 ez but they didnt bother getting an extension,they said i should have gotten one.Well theyre supposed to be the (experts)Ha!!! and that cost me 900.00 in penalties& intrest.now to get to the installment agreement still havent seen one yet, even though its in the mail since the 13 th of october,where in the hell did they mail it from???? ''''';;; egypt! beats me but they were notified in april of an intent to levy ,and then in july another letter of intent to levy, and in the first of september i was levied ,bank acct, my disability income was levied but while all this was going on i was told not to worry because they were on it.BULL !!!!@@@@%%#.THE WERENT DOING ANYTHING BUT BLOWING SMOKE Iwas told by my (case specialist)! not to contact the irs as it would create a conflict (yea right)well on the 23rd of oct i disobeyed them and made contact with the irs,and explained to them about the run around i had ben getting from jk harris and they said they have ben hearing that alot lately (huh imagine that)so in a matter of 20 to 30 minutes i had set up an agreement and got the levies released from my income and my bank accts and i have also filed a complaint with BBB against jk harris i hope to be refunded for the work they didnot do which amounts to 1050.00 and the 900.00 penalty that they incured on me do to theyre ineptness.But i really dont understand is why didnt they do what they were hired for (or were they doing what they were trained to do) you know shuffeling papers never returning calls dragging theyre feet to try to get you to give up on them in hopes that you will not pursue them to get your money back or to get you in so deep with the irs and then tell you that well maybe we can do this or that but its going to cost you a whole lot more,think about it. why was i able to do in short order what they still havent done and they had over 6 months they can talk the talk but apparently cant walk the walk
